How to Activate Your KeyBank Card

Activate Online
Go to key.com/personal/credit-cards/activate-card.html → sign in to KeyBank Online Banking → select your card → click "Activate".

Activate via KeyBank Mobile App
Download KeyBank mobile app → sign in → tap "Account Services" → tap "Activate Card" → verify your identity and confirm.

Activate by Phone
Call 1-800-539-2968 → select option for card activation → enter your card number and last 4 of your SSN to verify.

Activate at ATM (Debit Card)
Insert your new KeyBank debit card at any KeyBank ATM → enter your temporary PIN (provided in activation letter) → change to your new preferred PIN.

Enroll in Key2More Rewards®
After activation, enroll in Key2More Rewards program via the app or online to start earning points on every purchase.
