Activate Online
Visit account.chase.com → log into your Chase account → go to "Activate a Card" → enter your 16-digit card number, expiry, and CVV.

Activate via Chase Mobile App
Open Chase app → tap "Manage" on the card → select "Activate Card" → authenticate with Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN.

Activate by Phone
Call 1-800-432-3117 → follow the IVR activation prompts → enter your card details and last 4 of your SSN.

Enroll in Chase Ultimate Rewards®
After activation, log into Chase Ultimate Rewards® to see your cash back balance and set up automatic redemption preferences.
