How to Activate Your Cash App Card
⚠️ Important: Cash App Cards can only be activated through the Cash App mobile app. There is no web activation portal.

Open Cash App
Open the Cash App on your iOS or Android device. Make sure your account is verified and your Cash App balance is accessible.

Tap the Cash Card Tab
Tap the card icon at the bottom of the screen → tap "Activate Cash Card" button that appears on the card image.

Scan the QR Code (Easiest Method)
Tap "Use QR Code" → allow camera access → hold your phone over the QR code printed on the card envelope. Card activates instantly.

Manual Entry (Alternative)
Tap "Use CVV Instead" → enter the 3-digit CVV on the back of your card and the expiry date → confirm activation.

Choose Your Boosts
After activation, tap "Choose Boost" to select an instant discount. Pick one Boost at a time — DoorDash, Starbucks, Chipotle, and more are available.
